Studfist.fans Content Reporting Program

Introduction: This document outlines our complaints policy for users and non-users of studfist.fans.

Who Can Use This Complaints Policy: Anyone can use this policy to report complaints related to studfist.fans.

How to Make a Complaint: Complete our online form with the mandatory fields, a description of your complaint, and the URL of the content in question.

Handling Complaints of Illegal or Non-Consensual Content:

  • We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days.
  • If more information is needed, we will contact you.
  • We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of unlawful content if necessary.

Handling Other Complaints:

  • We will investigate within an appropriate timescale.
  • We may contact you for further information.
  • We will take necessary actions based on our findings. We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome.

Unjustified or Abusive Complaints: Unjustified, abusive, or bad-faith complaints may result in the suspension or termination of your user account.

Prohibited Content:

  • Unverified Content Providers: Only verified providers may upload content.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Content must have written consent and age verification.
  • Illegal Content: Illegal content will be reviewed and removed.
  • Misleading Marketing: Do not imply content contains illegal activities.
  • Improper Use of Content: Do not use content to attract visitors through illegal means.

How to Submit an Abuse Complaint:

  1. Gather Information: Collect URLs, screenshots, dates, etc.
  2. Write Your Complaint: Describe the nature of the abuse clearly with supporting evidence.
  3. Submit Your Complaint via Email: Send to abuse@studfist.fans with:
    • Your name (optional)
    • Contact information (optional)
    • Description of the abusive content
    • URLs and screenshots (if applicable)

DMCA / Copyright Complaint:

  1. Reporting Complaints: Email abuse@studfist.fans with the following information:

    • Description of the copyrighted work
    • Description of the infringing material (URL or location on studfist.fans)
    • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
    • Good faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized
    • Accuracy statement and authorization to act on behalf of the owner
    • Physical or electronic signature
  2. Handling Complaints:

    • We will address complaints within 7 business days.
    • We will contact you if more information is needed.
    • We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of unlawful content.

Abuse Notification: Misuse of the DMCA process can result in legal consequences. Ensure all legal requirements are met before submitting a DMCA notice.

Takedown Procedure: Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the infringing content and notify the affected user. The user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was wrongly removed.

Counter-Notification Procedure: Submit a counter-notification with:

  • Description of the removed material
  • Good faith statement that the removal was a mistake
  • Contact information (address, phone, email)
  • Jurisdiction consent
  • Send this information to our designated agent at abuse@studfist.fans.
